Booking terms
Your reservation is only confirmed when the Lodgify booking process is complete and confirmation has been issued.
Prices and fees
Prices, cleaning fees, taxes and totals are calculated by Lodgify for the dates and property selected. No booking total shown elsewhere on this site overrides the Lodgify quote.
Availability
Availability can change until a reservation is confirmed. Past and unavailable dates cannot be booked.
Cancellations and changes
The policy shown during booking and in your Lodgify confirmation applies to your stay.
Conduct
Guests must respect the property, neighbours and site rules. Contact us before booking if you plan a celebration or group stay.
